This document is an electronic record as per the Information Technology Act, 2000, its amendments from time to time and applicable regulations and the amended provisions relating to electronic records in various enactments amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. The document is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
Before registering, accessing or using the services of DEVARAMANE EVENTS AND INDUSTRIES (www.devaramane.com), carefully read the terms and conditions explained below. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND DEVARAMANE EVENTS AND INDUSTRIES, Chinniga, Jannapura Village and Post, Gonibeedu Hobali, Mudigere Taluk, Chikkamagaluru District, Karnataka, India — 577132.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES AND/OR IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THE SERVICES AND/OR UNINSTALL THE APPLICATION.
We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the Devaramane Website(s) and Application(s). An updated version will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the application after posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.
Eligibility
BY ACCESSING THE DEVARAMANE EVENTS MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE PLATFORMS, YOU REPRESENT THAT:
- •You are 18 years of age or older.
- •You are capable of entering into a contract / legal agreement.
- •You have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement subject to all provisions of the Terms of Use of Devaramane Events and Industries services.
- •You are not restricted or legally prohibited from accessing or using the services under the laws of India.
- •You are not impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your age or affiliation. Devaramane Events and Industries reserves the right to terminate your agreement in case of any misrepresentation.
- •Mandatory information and officially valid document(s) — Address Proof, Identity Document details — mentioned by you are true and correct and belong to you.
- •Devaramane Events and Industries company cannot have more than one registration. One person cannot get more than one ID and no amendment including transfer of ID is permitted.
Sign Up / Registration
To use the full spectrum of Devaramane Events and Industries services, you need to register on the Devaramane application and provide us with accurate and complete information. You are required to update your accounts, KYC details and contact information completely and at all times.
Self Declaration Before Registration
- ✓I am registered and understand to be bound by all the rules and regulations of the company.
- ✓I self-certify that I will not cheat, give false information or act fraudulently in the name of the company or any person in the company.
- ✓I will respect the people of the company and work sincerely for the growth of the company.
- ✓In case of negligence or damage caused by me to the company, I shall be bound and agree to bear the loss caused to Devaramane Events and Industries in such cases.
Refund Policy
There are two types of refund policies.
If the money paid by you to obtain a product or service from our company is credited to the bank account of the company and the service or product is not received by you, then within 24 hours from the time of payment you must register a complaint through email or customer care (including WhatsApp) during office hours, providing the payment transaction number and receipt.
The company shall resolve the matter within 24 hours from the time of your complaint, excluding Company Holidays. Otherwise, the amount paid shall be refunded directly to your bank account within seven (7) days from the date of your complaint.
- •The fee paid for registering and obtaining a Permanent ID with Devaramane Events and Industries is non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.
- •The amount paid to avail other services of the Company through subscription is non-refundable.
- •If the money paid for any services (including subscription or Permanent ID) is found to have been used in activities beyond the rules and regulations of the company or in violation of company rules, such ID will be permanently blocked and the user will be removed from the company. Any money paid in such cases will not be refunded.

Our company does not take any responsibility in case of cheating or fraud by giving cash or transferring money to any company or person other than our official company bank account.
Wallet & Online Services
Customers who register with our company and receive a Permanent ID can deposit money into their wallet on the Devaramane website or mobile app to easily access online services including mobile recharge, shopping, event bookings, and more.
Earnings & Payout Schedule
Incentive payments including dividends or commissions paid by the company to staff and customers working on a full-time, part-time, or contract basis — or by subscription — are credited directly to the concerned person's bank account on the schedule below.
Referral Income
Daily PayoutDirect account credit for each successful referral.
Transaction Commission
Weekly PaymentEarn points on every transaction — converted to cash weekly.
Recharge Commission
